Character Description
It is very hard not to notice this tall, stately and strangely silent Tiefling female, not only because she moves with a catlike grace and possesses an air of calm superiority as well as somewhat unsettling eyes (two almond-shaped orbs of the darkest, deepest black), but mostly because she's an obvious albino: her skin, her horned forehead and the long cascade of her coarse, horselike mane are of the palest, milkiest white, with only a few spots of darker, bluish tint near the base of her horns, around her eyes, lips and on her arms and legs.This truly uncommon trait for her kind combines with her silent yet magnetising presence to give her an enigmatic, almost mesmerizing aura.

It seems difficult at first to determine wether her unsettling muteness is an actual affliction, the result of a vow of silence of some sort, or the fruit of some strange curse or other undetermined sorcery... untill she starts to sing and play her set of Armorean Pipes, a strange set of bone-carved wind instruments each resembling a cross between a shepherd's staff and some sort of wind-pipe. With each end carved in a long, sharp claw, they seem made both for music and battle, as some of the darkened stains along their rugged bone surface seem to confirm.

This mysterious creature wears a tight-fitting tunic made of soft beige cloth with hard-boiled blue leather padding studded with steel on her back, chest, thighs, forearms and shoulders, although she oftens conceals this attire - along with her demonic nature - beneath a long, hooded cream-colored robe with golden borders of the type used by pilgrims and traveling priests.
Character History
It is said Nyzahr's "birth" was actually the work of a powerful mage, intent on creating a magical hybrid who would be able to infiltrate the Dark Kingdoms of Beshaba, Maiden Of Misfortune.
The White Chanter, has she got to be known along the cities and dark crossroads of the Sword Coast, seems to have no recollection of her sojourn on the Plane of Ill Luck, or wether or not she accomplished what she was sent there to do: she simply appeared in Baldur's Gate in the middle of one terribly harsh winter, chanting and serenading near the funeral pyres of those killed by the cold.

Since then she has accompanied many expeditions and adventures, always seeming to observe and adding her longing, mournful melodies and her exquisitelly graceful gestures to the worst and most tragic turns of events, as well as acting as a capricious but very determinant help for her adventuring comrades on more than a few occasions.

Her motives and her past remain unknown and her actions are shrouded with mystery, as well no small amount of ominousness.

* she has never been heard actually speaking, except when chanting or singing.
* apparently Nyzahr doesn't seem to be aware of personal space and boundaries: she will reach out and touch a total stranger's face or garb, or even run her fingers on a weapon or other belongings on a whim, almost out of childlike curiosity.
* she is fascinated by games and in particular Dragon Chess, where she became quite proficient. She loses herself in the game for hours on end, seemingly oblivious to the world around her.

- IDEALS -
She is dedicated to explore the Forgotten Realms and understand this strange world she has been thrown into. She also tends to create tense situations to savor their sheer poetic beauty, like bringing an abrupt ending to a seemingly solid alliance, or provoking dangerous characters without warning... All decisions and consequences of these actions, she views as part of the beautiful dance of Father Fate and his two daughters, Beauty and Misery.

- FLAW -
Nyzahr has no clear recollection of her time spent on the Infernal Plane Of Beshaba. She seems to have a bond with the evil Goddess, but it's impossible for her to tell if it's enmity or allegiance. At times it seems she fluctuates between both.
She is plagued by night visions and dreams that may be remnants of her time in the outer planes or a premonition of horrors to come.
