RPG Dragons and Dungeons Advance KNtoran

Since we have two players in the game we will get started. You both find yourself in the central market place of a medium sized city. The day is bright and a bit cool. There is a little bit of wind that brings the smells of cooking meat and unwashed bodies to your nose. You ears hear the din of many voices as vendors hawk their wares and people stop and talk to each other. Say what you wish to do now.

At one edge of the market place you will see a billboard where the city and anyone can post notices. You see a couple that might spark some interest to you or your group. One notice has been posted by a local farmer west of the city asking for a group of adventures who can take care of a roaming band of goblins that have taken up residence in a cave nearby and are stealing livestock and harassing the farmers in the area. The second notice is a local lord south and east of town is looking for someone to assist him in clearing out a band of thugs who have taken over a old keep.

Erallis and Durgan search for a temple, and doing so, take note of the board. However, Durgan has a ex-slave to hand over for care, and Erallis is looking for his friend. If they find a church they will also ask for any mission it may have as well.

You are told that all the temples are on temple road. You are given directions to the road. Once there you can see the various temples dedicated to different gods vary in size and built. Some are small wooden shacks while others are more elaborate. A girl in clergy vestments will great you as you enter to see what it is you are seeking. After hearing your question she will advise you to wait and she goes to the back. About 30 minutes later a priest comes to where you are waiting. He will tell you that there is a mission the church has if you are interested. It is a old temple that has recently been discovered about a week journey east. It is in part of the dense forest and there was undead moving about inside. The church would like it cleared out so that they can get inside to retrieve any ancient volumes to study. IF you would bring any volumes to them they will pay you well for them.

Erallis inspects the temple they are in. If it seems overly extravagent, he will attempt to pocket small valuables when no one is looking. If the church seems to be poor he will donate 3 Gp. If the church is average he will donate 5 Sp.

I forgot to add in my last post that Erallis was asking the clergywoman how much they would get paid for any tomes/completion of the quest.
