Dad Talking Not Jailed Children

There are several things about this case that bothers me.

1. The judge should have at least addressed what the child said about seeing his father hit his mother rather than just saying your in contempt of court.

2. What's up with the father? He rather see his children in jail if they don't talk with him? Well, heck I wouldn't want to talk with him either if he had that mindset!

I read the article. If it's accurate, I don't see how the judge is not going to be censured for this. The father has a PR firm so we don't know what spin is out there without more information but at this point, at the least, the judge should recuse herself and avoid dragging the kids through more controversy.

Dad Talking Not Jailed Children

Any way you look at this the father is not the kind of father you would want raising kids if he is willing to see his kids go to jail over such a minor offense. He sounds like a teenager all upset because so and so will not talk to him. Take a look at yourself buddy and fix the issue that you have caused that makes your kids not want to talk to you. Then maybe just maybe they will talk to you again. Throwing them in jail is never the answer.
