I like the idea of working to make things space efficient. But I feel that one needs to be able to stretch one's legs too in one's home. This house doesn't seem to provide for that.

And all in all, I'm not seeing the 100 mil value there. Not even close.

I too feel that this place is way over priced. I guess they really mean it when one says it is all about Location, location, location.

I don't care where the house is. That would drive me insane. You have nowhere to store things. Take a step or two anywhere in the house and you will bump into something. I feel claustrophobic just looking at the pictures. On top of that you are paying a fortune for it.

Yeah, no kidding. I'm not claustrophobic, but that building might change that.

Thing is, it doesn't look like it would take much more, Give it just one more meter in width and I think it could be livable.
