2 dead in National City shooting; suspect in custody after 8-hour standoff. Two people are dead and the suspected gunman is in custody after an eight-hour standoff with police in a deadly shooting in National City on Saturday. Source 7p.

I think we need to know what happened here as the police have no clue yet. Hopefully the man who was shot in the arm and the one who surrendered some time later can soon shed some light on what happened.
