US Foreclosure: Homelessness, Hunger - Page 10

According to the Source 2 article, a 95-year-old woman actually lost her $300,000 home to some bank over a measly $44.79 tax bill. That's terrible! I find it heartbreaking that the USA government would let banks cheat senior citizens out of their homes with ridiculous penalties and legal fees. The elderly should be treated with honor and respect. The banks should not be allowed to take advantage of them.

Soldiers should come back home with dignity. Even if they get into financial difficulties they should have somewhere to go to besides the streets.
