Military nude photo investigation expands into gay porn websites

The military scandal involving sharing of sexually explicit images of troops has expanded beyond the private social media site Marines United to a slew of gay pornography web pages with images of men wearing military uniforms engaged in sex acts. Ref. USAToday.

This does not surprise me at all. I think that many people look at our soldiers and think how nice the men and women look in their uniforms. It is natural to want to take photos of them. Then you have others who want to take that a few steps farther and now you have nude photos of men and women in the military in and out of their uniforms. Then it is not too much farther and you have them in sexual poses or poses of them having sex.

Gays In US Military History & Civil Business Politics

This wasn't clear to me, are these military members posing with their uniforms on porn site? This is a crime under UCMJ and would be punished harshly I believe. Or, is this people who aren't in the military just using uniforms as a prop? Although disgraceful in my view, there is little we could do if that is the case.

Yeah since that is not clear it makes it harder to do anything. Even if they are ex military and got the uniforms from a military surplus store there is not much anyone can do about it. It could be either way but I think somewhere you will find a disclaimer stating they are not actual military members to cover everyone's butt.
