It should be jointly administered between like five countries. Yes, China has a right to exercise its rights as a nation. And yes, the collective West hurt China badly for about 300 years. So far it appears is playing nice with us regarding this and North Korea in general. I'm not saying it won't all blow up in faces or that they have some elaborate endgame in mind. But so far it looks like they are playing ball with us and pressuring NK in the direction we want. We shall see how this ends up. I certainly hope for the best.
