What is the matter with Manning? He placed an open bid to host the 2018 Commonwealth Games according to the member of Parliament for India. Usually hosting such an event will cost US$2 Billion dollars! People with no water, rampant crime, no housing but lets host the 2018 games - why not? spock.gif

Weird to read this again when searching for what this site had on the Commonwealth games. Yes, Manning tried to reach further than he could with the over $100 oil benchmark that would not have lasted. Its 2018 and there was controversy in just sending our sportsmen over there so hosting it would have been laughable.
