Comments: My heart aches seeing the state of my nation. Trinidad and Tobago is such a beautiful place and it hurts me I have to live far away in order to protect myself and my family. We were victims of crime on many occasions, it was just a decision of survival. Mrs. Kamla, I wish you the best. You have a tremendous task ahead of you.

Comments: A friend of mine just told me that persons traveling out of the airport can apply for passes near the domestic terminal according to CNC3 and it is advisable to have two forms of ID if they have passes.

Thanks for that info Security. What about taxi drivers or people going to the airport instead of leaving? Where do they apply for these passes?

Oh my! Passes! My cousin goes to school in the evening where can she get a pass? I find the whole thing very frustrating and confusing! If they were planning this they should have advertise everything: The areas, instructions, where to get passes etc. I love my country eh but I find everything we organize is kind of like in whatever mode and then the citizens end up paying for the mistakes of the government. Next time organize something proper!

Citizens can apply for passes at their district police station. This limited state of emergency was recommended by Mr.Ken Gordon and the rest of that committee way back in 2003/2005.It was never implemented until now.Although I know I will be inconvenience I fully support it.
