My History?

Q. What is the big deal anyway?

Besides the natural urge to find out 'where' we came from there is a spiritual aspect as well. Many refer to the scriptures to find purpose and meaning to their ancestral research. The Bible records the importance of 'order' in the family through the patriarchs as well as this verse in Malachi 4:6, it says, "And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse."

One religious movement called, 'The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints' (most people know them as 'Mormons') does have a firm belief that those who die physically, live on and expect to be united to their families. The action of being united comes through doing Family History (genealogy research) and then submitting the names and dates they have found to their Temples for certain ordinances to be done by proxy on behalf of the deceased that seal the family together. Q. Are the ways to get my site online for free?

Yes! You can find a free hosting service that will place your info online for free. The disadvantage of this is all the ads and pop-ups. Also the site will not look professional if you use their inline editor or if your design skills are limited.

Q. Can you design a really good looking genealogy site for my family?

Yes! We can design one just like www.borde.info for your own family. Just contact us for cost. If you do not want something quite so big then we can do a one page special right here on this site - contact us.

Q. Are you Latter-Day Saints?

Yes, we are. However, we can and have designed sites for different cultures, religions and languages all over the world and our personal belief system does not interfere with the way you wish for your site to look or the confidentiality of anything you send to us. No, we do not send your ancestors names to the temple.
