Is Trinidad Safe News: Barbados To Trinidad
I'd define sexual openness as society openly talking about sexual issues, problems and feelings and in Trinidad people don't do that.

Trinidad has a relatively high HIV/AIDS rate, so how then are people sexually tuned in? What outlets are there for persons to seek sexual advice or counsel? From "de partners on de block"? in 2003, trinidad's HIV/AIDS rate was 33rd in the world, and only below the African countries with high AIDS rates. Clearly then, more education is needed.

There's a popular radio show on 102fm during the week hosted by Dr. Ramnanan. Have you heard it before? If anything, his show is as popular as it is since it's often the first opportunity that persons in Trinidad get to hear a good grounding in sexual topics, matters, issues and techniques.
