In another horrid case, there is 30,000 people in Argentina disappeared without a trace. We know that they are dead but the families of these people can't even say that their relatives are dead because they don't have a dead body to prove it. I interviewed a infamous ex-police officer that was a torturer in the dark 70's of the military government in Argentina. Sabemos que están muertos pero los familiares no pueden ni aun decir que sus familiares están fallecidos ya que no tienen un cuerpo muerto que lo pruebe.
