Character Description
Respar is a human male, with sandy blonde hair and blue-green eyes. Normally clean-shaven he is currently sporting as full a beard and mustache as ever seen. He is about 5' 10", and 150 pounds.
Character History
Working with a shadowy criminal group, Respar was trying to set up some business in Talingarde. One of his 'contacts' apparently betrayed him, and he was arrested, charged and convicted of High Treason.
