Starving Cocker Spaniel
MAN ACCUSED OF STARVING COCKER SPANIEL
A man was accused of starving his 3-year-old cocker spaniel nearly to death and then taking the dog to an animal shelter and saying it wasn't his.

I am unable to access the link but I will respond to this thread anyway. Why in the world would anyone be so cruel enough to starve a poor animal and then try to convince people at the animal shelter that the dog was not his? This is downright inhumane and so senseless! If he did not wish to own the dog anymore, he had so many options to explore. He could have given the dog away to a neighbour, a friend or family member; he could have given it to the animal shelter or even put the dog to sleep! I will never understand how people think!
