It was life as usual for the 1,200 residents of Stanley, N.D., until about a year ago, when oil companies started showing up in the remote town. Now Stanley is the site of one of the newest and largest oil strikes in America -- an estimated 200 billion barrels of crude oil buried beneath the farmlands. But will local residents see any of the profits from the "black gold" buried under their properties?
