It seems to me like democracy was the victor here. In a democracy there will always be a winner and a loser. Not everyone will be happy with the outcome, but if the election is held fairly, without corruption, then to me the losers need to accept the defeat, work with the new government and make plans for the next election. They had a say in the election even if they lost.
