I use reverse psychology occasionally, and usually I don't realize I have used it until after the matter. There have been very few instances where I have purposefully, or seriously, used reverse psychology.
I think it can be useful if used in the correct situation. Sometimes that's the only way you can get somebody to do something that needs to be done.
