Using Two Monitors

Have you ever considered the benefits of using two monitors at the same time? The following link shows you how to do it:

Monitors Using

I use two monitors at work. I have one for my working space and one for a monitor and resource DB gui. This allows me to work will seeing what other problems are going on and having a quick reference to look up password and node names. I can never go back to one monitor after using two a work. If I had a switch and another monitor, I would be using two at my house also. I love dual monitor systems, they are so helpful and extremely easy to set up, especially if you have a laptop that needs dual monitors. Its a bit different for a home desktop set up.

Using Two Monitors Gaming Video & Issues Computer

I often use two monitors when I am working on a program or website. I find it easier to have a full page of code on one screen and the working project on the other so that I can actually see what I am changing as I change it. I also do this for graphic editing so that I can see a pixel view of what I am working on in detail and still have an idea of what the finished product is going to be once I complete a section.

Other application I find it useful:

Leaving e-mail up on one as I work on the other.
DVD playing while I work on the other.
Viewing multiple layers of a diagram or scat so that I can get a total picture of the layers working together. (electrical and mechanical)

Offtopic but,
There are may graphics cards out now that are geared towards the use of two monitors. They start approx 69.00 and go up from there just as any other graphics card and the software is loaded by default with the drivers to make the installation with windows XP and a dual-view environment nearly nothing at all to setup.
