Abs Machines
People have an obsession with them! If you turn on the TV you will not see an ad for stronger calves or a squat machine, no, you will see an ad for an Abs Machine. Here we can discuss the following:
1. Have you ever bought one of these TV Abs Machines?
2. Do you or did you know that weight loss is the first process of showing Abs?
3. Is there a true machine / exercise that will enhance your Abs?

Machines Abs
I have to admit I bought an abs-machine. Only it's not really a "machine" per se as much as it is a giant metal spring with a handle and foot-pedals. I know that losing weight is required for you to actually see your abs, but I bought this because I thought it would make situps/crunches easier. It turned out that it's just plain silly and I used to pinch myself with the big metal spring! I stick with regular crunches now and some excercises to strengthen my lower back which is in terrible shape.
