What the President is saying is look out for an expansion of the war effort all over the world. Its not looking good folks. Russia hates us, the North Koreans want to show off their nukes and now we have the middle east in turmoil. We are leaving the troubles of America to go fight wars elsewhere. I'm concerned that if Isis is eliminated who is going to take over next, heck we haven't even gotten rid of Alqaeda yet.

President Barack Obama told the nation that ISIS poses a threat to the Middle East, including the people of Iraq and Syria. "If left unchecked, these terrorists could pose a growing threat beyond that region, including the United States," He said.

To combat the threat, the President said the United States:

-- will carry out a "Systematic campaign of airstrikes" Against ISIS.

-- will send an additional 475 service members to Iraq. "These American forces will not have a combat mission," Obama said.

-- will work with partners to stem the flow of foreign fighters into and out of the Middle East. Ref. CNN

What worries me about ISIS is their ability to gain so many recruits so fast. They operate like a flash mob almost and its this kind of surprise tactics that makes unprepared areas fall so easy.
