I have used their share level hosting and I will recommend them mostly because of really good support. Kevin, the owner is a very timely person and can usually be contacted online. I think I have been with them for about two years or more, but have since out grown their shared level hosting and gone on to VPS. I recommend them, but deal with Kevin, not the other staff.
