IT REALLY IS POSSIBLE TO EXERCISE TOO MUCH

Much Exercising

Of course you can eercise too much. It's called "over training" and can damage your joints, muscles or bones. Eercise is one thing, but the key to growth and development is the rest period. After a heavy workout it can take up to four days to recover. If you're an older guy then it can be a week or more.
