NET TAKES TO PREPAID CARDS

A disposable pre-pay Visa card sold by NZ Post that lets anyone make anonymous purchases over the Web is encouraging more people to shop online, but fears are being voiced that the cards may be misused by children and could aid criminals.

I like the idea, although their points about criminal activity and kids are valid. Any way to make it safer for folks to buy online without threat of identity theft is a bonus, in my view.
