Ingredients
1/4	cup	flour
1/4	teaspoon	salt
1		pepper
1/2	cup	mayonnaise
2	cup	milk
1/4	pound	american cheese, cubed
1/4	cup	green onions, sliced
1/4	cup	pimiento, chopped
1 1/2	cup	ham, cooked, cubed
4	each	hard-cooked eggs, sliced
4	each	english muffins, split, toasted conventionally
Directions:
Blend flour, salt and pepper into mayonnaise; gradually add milk. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven until thickened 1 1/2 minutes; stir. Add cheese and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven until melted, approximately 1 1/2 more minutes. Add onion, pimiento, ham and eggs. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Serve on muffins.
