1/2 C. grated process Gruyere

cheese or 3 (1 oz.) size triangles 1 C. grated natural Swiss cheese

3 Large eggs

1 1/2 C. light cream

1 Tbsp. flour

1/2 Tsp. salt

1/4 Tsp. dry mustard

1/4 Tsp. ground nutmeg

1/8 Tsp. ground black pepper
