Prison Convict Escapees

What is up with all these Prison Convict Escapees in T&T? They escape from hospital and now from the prison itself? Is it that the police guards are not serious? Is it that they are being paid to look away for a few seconds? What is your view?

Sounds like you have disgruntled civil servants. Work conditions/wages might be less then expected and the result the guards are restless and more open to bribes. Are they seeing their superiors in the local government office taking bribes resulting criminals getting off on a charge? or perhaps their immediate supervisor is on the take.

Trinidad Prison Convict Escapees

This is the latest prison escapee from a Trinidad prison: David John Pierre. With the number of them running away from prison the authorities need to take a long hard serious look at this situation and hold someone accountable, even if it is themselves. In any other country there would be resignations over this.
