Search Lycos
Lycos has never been very good. They had some real popularity when they started, they had that dog, the black lab as their spokes dog for a bit, but that was kind of lame. Like most search engines, they just aren't up to par with the likes of Google, and even now, Yahoo. They don't have as many sites that will register with them and now its getting even lower.
