I agree I think the internet crime is easier for teens to do as they feel unseen. Unlike lifting a cd from the local store where video cameras can be seen watching them they do not realize the entire track the leave when on the internet. This lack of awarensee makes the crime more inviting and is sucking in some other wise decent teens.

Perhaps more awareness programs need to be ran so the teens know they are being watched by big brother.
