It seems unlikely for survivors to recover from a genocide such as this, it was bad enough that there were situations when you have to kill your own people to protect yourself - including children who were armed to defend their own families. However, I don't deny the power of therapy to fix some of them, I hope events such as this doesn't occur in Rwanda in the 90's again.
