A general Thread about the level of Sharp Shooting in North Carolina. What laws must be satisfied for a person to do Sharp Shooting? Are there established places to learn Sharp Shooters - North Carolina Shooting in North Carolina?

So, there are no special laws anywhere in the US to learn how to shoot better or even learn sniper techniques. There are multiple places to learn about this in NC. There is the old Blackwater range that is generally Ken to the public as well as probably a dozen more like it, just smaller. What else in NC are both the USMC sniper training course located on Camp Lejuene and the XVI ABN Corps sniper school and SF Sniper Course at Fort Bragg.
