Well not sure on the seeds as I have ate a great many. I do know wash them good to ensure the pesticides are off. I Iove them and eat a great many.

I knew a person who at a bag (10lb) a day and he was never sick. It was the stable of his diet.

I always eat my apples with the skin on. The best part of the apple is right under the skin (Taste and vitamins) so it makes sense to eat all of it.
