That psychological profile will be an interesting twist. Is it going to be something we chose for our character or already made for us based on our choices?
I have not worked out the details of it yet but I suspect it will be a little of both. Keep in mind that ROK II is a story you create so while all these features and details are great additions it is there to help you form your Character's story and not replace it.
Excellent additions. Now, if only we could get some of the features we recommended for armies. Not rushing, just saying. *wink*.

Societal Remuneration has been added through Lauren the Exchanger. When you see her you can optionally choose to work towards available rewards. In the case of older Members, they would have already done a lot of the work and will merely have to achieve the Character Level in order to benefit from the current rewards.
This gives a nice edge. I like being appreciated for being more than just a player in an Role-playing Game. Maybe others will join in as well because having some good discussions on issues will be nice. I'm also looking out for the other features you listed.
Thank you to the creators of this game for that ability to exchange. It gave my character that extra boost he need to get by.

Age & Race Update
Based on this Post, I have edited the code / Character Sheet to show the Age of the Character based on their Race. I have also adjusted the code everywhere else so it reflects the Character's Race and not just the Human equivalent.
What this means for non-Human Character is a different Age / Death check. For example, a Human Character may die at 65 years old but am Elf might not die til 305 years old.
Both the Player's Manual and the Mystic have all been updated to reflect this.
