Exercise and Autism

Exercise can always give you a boost no matter wha your challenge. You can be eating the best of foods but without exercise you're still unhealthy. I can see it being able to help children with any developmental challenge because it makes lots of blood flow and with that flow comes nutrients that nourishes and strengthens.

Exercising will definitely help those children with these issues such as ADHD or Autism, it not just helps with boosting the body's health but it can help them learn to relax and self control after a hard workout.
