Reflections on your mother
A tender and gentle woman who took care of my ever need, my mother was neither ambitious or presumptuous. All of my needs were placed before her own. Whether it was tending the garden, cooking meals, or making clothes, went about her tasks without complaint.
While I knew her as mother, she was known as Jane in our community. She helped others less fortunate, even though we were rarely in a place to help others. She wanted nothing more than to provide for her children and make her husband happy.
My mother was a comely woman, with a surprising intellect. Her death was sudden and surprising, an illness that set up on her and took her before her time.
