Empath Or Just Overly Emotional?
So there are people who establish themselves as empaths, people who say they can connect to how a person is feeling, but could it be that they are wrong and just overly emotional themselves and confusing that with how others feel?

Depends on how you define it. Do I think that there are people who connect with others on a psychic level? No
Are there individuals who are particularly empathic in the sense that they're highly attuned (Whether consciously or not) to the subtle signals others give out? Absolutely.
