The speed at which it is done… can this at all be safe for such young infants who are visibly shocked by the ordeal? Why can't they simply be immersed in the water in a calm manner?

I don't mean any disrespect to any religious order but personally that's totally insane for me. Look how the mother of one of the babies was so worried when she got her baby back. There needs to be another way of doing this!
