Making U.S. Sick again. Blue Cross Blue Shield Wants People in Georgia to Self-Diagnose Before Heading to the Emergency Room. Georgians are getting letters warning them that the insurer will no longer cover emergency room visits unless it determines them to have been necessary. Source 2k.

That might be good since it's already known that some people in the states like to abuse the emergency services - especially the police. It is good to inform the public about certain signs/symptoms so they know when they want to go to the emergency room with the patient it's actually necessary.
