Federal prosecutors will seek the death penalty for Dylann Roof, who is accused of killing nine people at an African-American church in Charleston, S.C., in July 2015.

I am glad that they found him Competent. This means with him waiving his right to a trial that soon he will be behind bars for a long long time. We do not need people like this out killing others just because they are different than you. We are all Americans and should be treated as such here in the United States. I find it sad that some people are so filled with hate.
