Studies Diet Misleading

It does not take a rocket scientist to understand that most diets do not work. It is the word Die wit (Laugh) t at the end to disguise it. Most fad diets fail because they are hard to commit too and most people want instant results and are unwilling to change the way they eat. I can see many diets have misleading studies and getting a famous person to speak for them does not make it more true.

Yes, and dieting alone is not enough. Not only does it take commitment to diet but it takes commitment to exercise too. And if you do give that commitment you have to stick with it once you start seeing results and not fall back into your old groove or any results you see will soon be erased.
