Gallium Indium - Egain

Voltage-driven liquid metal fractals. Researchers have found that gallium indium (EGaIn), a liquid metal with one of the highest surface tensions, can be induced to spread and form patterns called fractals with the application of low voltage. The work has implications for controlling the shape of liquid metals. Source 2a.

Egain Indium Gallium

This is interesting and it could lead to new ways of doing stuff that will help us understand a lot more and do more with liquid metals. Maybe come up with some sort of new battery or electrical current storage.
