Something that happened over 38 years ago if it was 1979 and close to 50 years ago if 1970 is something that will be very hard to prove. I think there is a statue of limitations and if this person did not come forward back in the 70's I am not sure how true this is. I have a feeling we will be seeing some women coming out to say they were assaulted because it seems to be the thing to do to make some money now.
