Mother Throws Baby Out Of Window History & Civil Business Politics

I know that female babies are mostly unwanted in china so people will kill their female infants as a way to try again for a male. As girls are viewed as lesser people in China. That being said I hope that any person who kills a innocent baby like this pays for that crime.
