Zane the Paladin

I am Gods gift to my mother, my mothers gift to the world. I am goodness, raised in the light of all that is good. That very light radiates from me, from my blond hair, from my angelic blue eyes. My father knew of this before I came and that is why he gifted me the name Zane, so that all whom I shall encounter will know of my radiance and that I am the bringer of goodness, of righteousness.

My name was not the only gift bestowed upon me by my father, mother also said he gave me my wonderful physique. Chiseled and strong just as my father, standing 6 feet and 1 inch in height, I shadow his own visage as she told me the night I became a true man, the night she departed these mortal lands. A final gift was bestowed upon me, this time by my mother. A drive to see this world prosper, to see the downtrodden and weak stand shoulder to shoulder with the strong and prosperous.

To accomplish this I must lead by example, like my father. However I must lead in all aspects and respects of life and not just that of war and soldiering. I will be the gift from God, I will be the good in life. To extend a hand to those who have fallen, and a firm hand for those who stray from goodness. No task to mundane or filthy for my hands, no amount of blood or sweat to great to be spent on what should be done for righteousness. I pledge my destiny to following this path to its end, bitter or sweet.
