Beo Introduction - Page 2

Simple enough for both 5e and 3.5e, start as a War domain cleric who worships a Dungeons & Dragons deity you find appropriate.

If you want to focus on martial abilities more so than cleric spells, you could multiclass into something else. Crusader for instance would be a good fit if 3.5e, Paladin for 5E.

Introduction Beo

Sounds good. But as I read, most Dungeon Masters don't want you to muliclass in their games. But I will look into it. Currently I am trying RoK II and find it quite delightful.

I would say that most Dungeon Masters don't want you to use multiclass cheese, dipping here and there for certain abilities without regard to whether those classes actually fit the character.

At the same time, I know some are out there of course, but I have yet to see a Dungeon Master that actually bars multiclassing entirely.

But in any case, both of the Dungeon Masters currently active here allow multiclassing.
