New York Cop Pepper-sprays 9 Year Old Black Girl

New video shows Rochester, New York, cop telling pepper-sprayed Black girl that 'you did it to yourself' in case that's sparked national outrage. The new footage, released on Thursday, also showed the distraught and dismayed 9-year-old Black girl taken to the ground, handcuffed, and then put in the back of a Rochester Police Department police vehicle as she called out repeatedly for her father. The Jan. 29 incident has garnered international attention, sparked local protests, and emboldened activists and community members to call for immediate police reform. Source 4e.
