George Floyd Justice In Policing Act

House passes police reform bill, named for George Floyd, in a 220-212 vote. In the wake of national uprising against racial injustice and police brutality, the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act includes a ban on chokeholds and no-knock warrants and would reform qualified immunity. The bill now goes to the Senate. Ref. USAToday.

I just hope these reforms do not make the police weaker and unable to do their job. What happened to George Floyd was terrible but I do not feel all police should pay the price for one man's vicious acts.
