GEORGETOWN, Guyana: Guyana's President, Bharaat Jagdeo said that he is only prepared to sign a "goods only" agreement with the European Union even if he has to do it alone, because he is not prepared to go further. Jagdeo made the announcement after he had a lengthy meeting with nine top-level experts.
