VoiceBox, you'll have to ask Krakyn if you can trade one of your natural powers. You '9' skills are not powers. I am not sure if Krakyn gave you a list of additional powers or not to go with your character. If you do want something like Cat's Eyes, be sure to try and incorporate it into your character background. Superhero powers are often related or have a consistent theme.
The cats eyes is fine I added it to the nine you have. The natural abilities where free one that you are just born with. I think with the abilities you chose it compliments very well. You need to chose if you character is a mercenary. If he is then you are allowed guns. But you only get experience for killing the target not any other characters. Also only the target can be int3ntionally killed by gun. After all in general we are to be good guys here so killing is a last option but accidents do happen.
