A 6-year-old girl is recovering after surgeons reattached her left hand, severed when it was caught in a loop of jump rope that had snagged on the axle of her mother's car.

I agree with you there Krakyn no one should allow their kids to play by parked cars. Too much can happen. I would rather the kids played in the back yard or over at the park where they are in less danger from something that can harm them like a large 1400 lb car.
how true but yet so many parents think the road is a privilege fro cars and a right for their teens playing hockey and basketball. Just scares me to no end.
In Ontario street hockey is almost sacred as a heritage but traffic flow is so high now. Some cities have banned it but very few.
